ADT & Repair
Measuring and testing the tension of joint bolts to ensure they meet the manufacturer’s standards. The bolt is marked, unscrewed, re-lubricated, and re-tightened. If the bolt tension exceeds 30 degrees from the previous marking, it fails the test. This leads to all bolts needing to be re-fitting. The re-fitting part is the “repair” service that we offer to our customers.
Snagging
In the simplest term a ”snagg” is a missing part or defect that remains after the contractor has finished installation. Snagging includes inspecting the quality of the mechanical and electrical part of newly built turbines, to ensure they meet the required standards. It is also a crucial step in ensuring the safety and performance of newly built turbines.
Retrofit
E.g exchange and upgrade of components to provide a greenand cost-effective solution for upgrade turbines, enhance performance, extend their lifespan, and ultimately contribute to a more sustainableenergy landscape.
